The send and receive SMS in .NET using GSM modem is an application that provides the source code for connecting to the GSM modem. The GSM modem uses the GSM mobile technology which acts as a mobile phone. But it is not exactly a mobile phone. It is a hardware device that requires SIM just like the mobile phone. One can easily depend on this application to get to know about the steps involved in sending SMS to mobile phones easily. The source code of the same is easily available.
