Electronic Document Management System SRS

The software, Electronic Record Management System, is designed to handle information on a site. The key aim of the preparation of this paper is to provide a general overview of the study and conditions of the current structure or circumstance and to evaluate the operational characteristics of the system.

3) Request the appropriate user manual detailing the interfaces of the system to operate on it, as well as the documentation of the system.

(4) Perform any consumer testing that may be appropriate for the use of the device.

5) Running the machine for a total of one year after implementation.

OUTPUT DESIGN:

               Outputs from computer systems are mainly used to relay processing outcomes to users. They are also used to provide a permanent copy of the findings for future consultation. In addition, the different types of outputs are:

• External outputs, the destination of which is beyond the organization.
• Internal outputs whose target is inside the enterprise and which are
• The main GUI of the user to the computer.
• Operational outputs that are used exclusively by the computer department.
• Interface outputs, which include the user in dealing directly with the user.
