Our Employee Payroll and Job Management System project is an online program designed to check the number of employees in each branch, Employee Surveys, Responsibilities and Timeframes, attendance records, salary statistics, etc. Employee participation, payroll management, work preparation, salary forecasts, etc. are the main priorities of this web program. In this application, the Administrator shall create branches and appoint each branch to the Branch Manager. The branch manager will add personnel to his department and allocate responsibilities to his staff. The Administrator is the primary user of this web-based software and the Division Manager manages employee records.
Employees may apply their attendance and managers may check the attendance of employees and the particulars of their duties, etc. The branch manager may also calculate and pay for the salaries of his staff.
Administrator: The Administrator is the main customer who has the full power of all operations that can be done. The supervisor can see the specifics of the Branch, Staff details, work details, salary details, etc.
Brach Boss: a division manager who oversees and assigns responsibilities to his staff.
Employees: Employees are co-workers who can perform the tasks delegated to them by the department manager.

Employees: Employees are referred to as co-workers and can fulfill the duties delegated to them by the department manager.
Home page: The home page is the first page of the website, contains business information and the Registration page. Administrator or Employee can log in to the site by entering Login ID and Password.
Web Configuration: Administrator configures web configurations, branch information, etc.
Employees Module: On this tab, the Administrator can append the job record by adding Employee profile, Experience records, Payroll data, etc. Create a framework Employee Record Admin will provide staff with login info.
Projects Module: The admin can connect different projects to this list and schedule timeframe, start time and finish time for those projects. In this module, the administrator can request project documents, requirements and may communicate with the personnel of the company.
Job Module: In this module, the director or chief of the division shall assign the role to the personnel of the company. He will set up a committee and assign a task to the members of his team. The chat option is used in this module to communicate with employees and employees can request necessary paperwork or documents.
Attendance Module: Employee attendance is included in this module. Admin or Division Manager can monitor employee attendance reports i.e. login time, logout time, number of days attended, etc.
Payroll Module: In this module, the Supervisor or Division Manager can generate monthly payments for its staff. The key features of this module are: Produce Basic Wage, Deduction, PF, Reward, LOP(Loss of Pay).
