This RFID-based protection system project was developed to build a wireless system for detecting and enabling only approved persons within workplaces, warehouses, etc. Nowadays it is very widely used in offices, BPO firms, banks, insurance companies, etc. The RFID device consists of a reader and a transponder. The project is based on the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology and consists of a passive RFID tag. After applying the Tag ID to the RFID pack, it collects decodes and checks whether or not the information is present in its Database. The Tag ID of each individual includes specific numbers.

Note: This is a project for electronics. To build this project, you need to buy an RFID card and an RFID card reader.

What is an RFID card reader and an RFID card reader?
The RFID card reader reads the specific number from the RFID card and sends it to the microcontroller.

Advantages of the RFID-based protection system:

  • This project will be found in offices, BPO firms, banks, insurance companies, etc.
  • This protection framework can be introduced in business or educational institutions.
