The Crime File Management System project is a software program built using VB.NET and SQL Server. This app is for the police station and includes the facilities for reporting offenses, complaints, FIR, charging sheets, inmate histories, showing most wanted suspect data, law and order details as well as court details. It also monitors police station constable details, police stats, attendance details, pay reports, overtime, etc.
Project Name: Crime File Management System
The goal of the proposed framework is to establish a system of upgraded services. The proposed method should solve all of the shortcomings of the current system. The device guarantees adequate protection and eliminates manual labor. The current police station system has many drawbacks and several other problems in operating properly. To some extent, the new framework aims to remove or limit these difficulties. The suggested method allows the workers of the police department to function user-friendly.
The two modules in this project are the users and the administrator. The user will make a lawsuit, add a criminal record, post photo information of the offenders, access any further updates from other users.

We have developed our Crime File Management System software framework to be both highly effective and user-friendly. The Crime File Management System project was created by a team of free student computer programmers, including some freelancers. Please don’t apply this project to your college. This project is for the benefit of information only.

The media family on device ‘D:RancyCrime Information Systemdbpoliceinfosystem.bak’ is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.
RESTORE HEADERONLY is terminating abnormally. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 3241)

Restore db, change db connection in Module1.vb, run application. One issue you might have is the convert date coding. Simple change to ZERO not 103. like this… convert(date,'” & DateTimePicker1.Text & “‘,0)
