This research is directed towards the development of the Work Practice Software Framework for Job Recruiters. Administrator: Admin can log in to mistreatment of his/her username and countersign, if it is correct he/she will be taken to the homepage, else an invalid Nursing Associate message will be received. Admin can also scan for work and may also compare the candidate’s profiles for a list of accessible jobs.
Users (Employees): Users (employees) may have a distinctive login and countersign issued by the administrator, and they may be mistreated by entering the program framework. Users can log in and misuse their username and countersign, if it is legitimate they will be taken to the dashboard wherever they will add/view/update the information of the applicant and will even handle payment details. Users will also browse for jobs and compare the candidate’s profiles for a list of accessible jobs. Otherwise, if the username and countersign are invalid, the invalid Nursing Associate message will be addressed to him/her.
